Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases

Welcome to Dancing Dog Productions! These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for our production of "The Moors" at Waterloo Studios. These policies ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees while protecting both our patrons and the production team. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Pricing

The cost of each ticket is $40.Additional booking or service fees may apply, such as transaction processing fees or venue-specific charges, and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Ticket Usage and Admission

Entry Requirements: You may be required to present a valid photo ID upon entry. Some performances may have age restrictions; please check event details before purchasing.Prohibited Items and Conduct: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, items such as outside food and beverages, weapons, or any prohibited substances are not allowed. Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication, aggressive actions, harassment, or causing disturbances that affect other attendees’ enjoyment, may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. An event cancellation is defined as the complete inability to proceed with the production, such as due to a venue closure, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the performance from taking place.Event Changes: Dancing Dog Productions reserves the right to modify the event’s content, timing, or location due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or exchanges may not be available unless specified.

4. Ticket Resale and Transfer

Resale Restrictions: Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit. Any tickets found to be resold in violation of this policy may be voided without refund.Transfer Policy: If you wish to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please contact us directly for approval and instructions.

5. Liability and Rights

Limitation of Liability: Dancing Dog Productions and Waterloo Studios are not responsible for personal property loss, injuries, or event disruptions beyond our control.Use of Likeness: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of staff upon arrival. These images or recordings may be used by Dancing Dog Productions for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Usage: Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be securely stored and used only for the purposes of processing your order, providing customer support, and keeping you informed about this event and future productions. We comply with applicable data protection laws.

7. Compliance with Venue Policies

Attendees must follow all rules and regulations set by Waterloo Studios, including security screenings and health and safety protocols as applicable.
